The Floor Plan and a picture of the outside of my new house. It needs some work, but I love it!
Just a Bit Random...

that out of my system. Anywho, sorry to report that there isn't much going on currently. Well, nothing worth mentioning anyway. I do have a ton of homework and test coming up in the next few weeks... And then come finals and my self induced hibernation time of studying... Not particularly looking forward to that. But on the up side... Four days, yes that's right - FOUR, until thanksgiving break and a solid week off for rest and relaxation. Well I think that's all for now...But fear not, for I will be back!
Today is Thursday, Oct. 20, the 293rd day of 2005. There are 72 days left in the year.
e pink? Now, don't get me wrong. I love pink just as much as the next girl. (and these days as much as the next "metrosexual" guy), But I would just just like to say that there are so many other colors of which to chose. I want to walk up to some of these people that have a pink shirt, pink shoes, a pink bag, a pink purse and pink everything else and tell them it looks like they got into a fight with pepto bismal... and it won. This particular fad would, perhaps, not bother me so bad if it were not so gender neutral. On a girl this somehow does not look bad. Pink is afterall a girly color. And then to add insult to injury, the dredded "popped collar" is added. Here is hoping this autumn brings about a whole new spectrum of colors. (and perhaps someone will finally convince these guys to LEAVE the collar the way it was intended.)
. And then it happened. I lost them. I only had them a week. That has to be some kind of record...Even for me! But, in the midst of me frantically panicking about my grade, and trying to clean to get my mind off of it...I FOUND THEM! Oh, and also... I decided to try something for my friends who eat weird food... I know its not quite as "out there" as a turtle house. But I did try mini chips-a-hoy dipped in peanut butter. (Sorry, I had no oreos.) I know that isn't exactly "wild and crazy" per say. But a person can't just jump in there with the pros. I will have to work my way up. I am still in basic training. Just for the record... A Sunkist still has lingering affects after 7 hours. (So explains why I am vertical at this wretched hour.) Oh, I am so excited. My mother called me tonight (well, I guess it was actually last night) and told me that they are considering going on a cruise for Christmas to somewhere warm. And they want me to come with them. I hope that works out. That would be really nice.Well, Let's see... What all has happened since the last time I posted? The week was pretty much like any other week. It had both highs and lows. Thursday night was good though. I went to this great dinner and dancing thing that Auburn had.
Good food, great music, and even better times. (Kudos by the way to Kelly for making me go). Anyway, Friday - day - was again the usual an boring and then Friday evening I went back up to Birmingham. I got in at around 8:30 [Ate Milo's - see previous post - for supper]. Seeing as how there is no bed in Birmingham, I sleep on the couch. Not very well though, Saturday morning I woke up at around 4:30 and never could get back to sleep... Don't you just hate it when that happens? That wasn't too bad because I was the one elected to keep my cousin busy and out of the house al morning [as to not ruin the "surprise" part of her "surprise party"]. So I took her to Courtney's for breakfast. (You all Birminghamians should try Courtney's sometime for breakfast). Then we went to Charlemagne Records,
an awesome record store on southside. Man I could live in that store. They have an unbelievable variety. While we were downtown I saw the most unbelievable name for a restaurant. It was a bar-b-que place called "Sweet Daddy's From the Rooter to the Tooter." How horrible is that? Then we went to my Aunt's house. [ It turned out that my cousin had known about it for the past two weeks.] I got back in Auburn at about 9:30. So, I was gone barely 24 hours but it felt like a LONG time. I wasn't going to come back until Sunday afternoon but I wanted to go to church. Then my alarm clock never went off. I checked it again this morning (AFTER I missed church completely... I was set for a.m. and everything, I don't know why it didn't go off.... but that was a bummer!)
